Catering Information
General:       All menus are priced per person. We provide all the chafing dishes, utensils, napkins,
                       flatware, cups, ice, and servers.  We provide the tables to serve from, if necessary,
                       along with tablecloths.

Pickup:        Regular to-go prices by the pound and gallon. Call for prices.

Delivery:      Regular to-go prices by the pound and gallon plus $35.00 for delivery. Call for prices.

Catering:    $ 50.00 per hour after one (1) hour of service.
                      $ 50.00 for catering outside a 15 miles radius.

Guarantee: In arranging for a party, the attendance must be confirmed twenty-four (24) hours in
                      advance. This number will be considered a guarantee not subject to reduction. If no
                      guarantee is received by this office, Strack's will consider the number of guests
                      indicated on the worksheet of the menu and arrangements to be there guarantee.
