Strackfest Banquet & Reception Prices |
$975.00 Room Rental for 4
hours (Saturday Only):
Room Time is 3 hours for Sunday -
Friday. Includes: round tables with linen table cloths, and
chairs for up to 300 people. $200.00 per hour for extra time
in one hour increments.
$400.00 Wedding Reception Decorating Package
Includes:
Skirted gift table, skirted cake and punch tables, register table,
centerpiece on each guest table, skirted
honor table, and the Bride's Room.
$400.00 Ceremony Package includes:
One extra hour of time, stage with decorated arch,
candelabras, silk flower
baskets, theatre seating for immediate family, and one hour rehearsal. (Does not include music or a preacher) |

Information & Guideliines |

1.
Your Guest must be guaranteed 10 days before your event date. This
will be the least number of people
who will be charged.
2. The minimum number of people to order from the buffet menu is
100.
3. A deposit of $300.00
is required to hold a date. This deposit is non-refundable upon
cancellation.
4. Strackfest is a non-smoking facility.
5. A 18% gratuity will be added to the final
bill as well as sales tax.
6. No food or drink may be brought in, except the wedding
cakes.
7. Security is required for all receptions. Two officers are
required at a fee of $60.00 per hour (4 hour
minimum).
8. P.A. system is available for $45.00.
9. Stage setup fee is $75.00.
10. No decorations may be attached to the walls, ceiling, or light
fixtures.
11. You may decorate for one hour at no charge. If it takes more
than one hour to decorate, there will be a
$35.00
an hour charge for supervision.
12. Removing decorations may be done for one hour without charge.
After one hour there is a $35.00 an
hour
charge. All decorations must be
removed before the deposit is refunded.
13. There will be a service charge of $35.00
for linens if your number of guests increases after your guest count
confirmation date. |

1. Security is required
for all receptions.
Two officers are required at a fee of
$60.00 per hour (4 hour minimum).
2. Keg beer is $150.00 and includes:
a. Plastic cups and bartender.
b. A keg has 170 - 12oz. Servings.
3. Champagne is available at $12.00 per
bottle and up (A toast uses approximately
1 bottle for 10
guests.
4. Wine is available at $9.50 per liter
carafe
(Chablis, Blush, and Burgundy).
5. Open bar is available at $12.00 per
person
(for four hours) which would include:
(Keg Beer, Wine, Champagne, and
Mixed Drinks).
6. Cash Bar is always available when other
alcohol has been purchased.
Example: Mixed drinks would be available
for purchase by the guests at
no charge
to the wedding party.

Service Statement |
Staff:
* Sets your room.
* Coordinates with D.J.
for entrance of bride and groom.
* Prepares everyone for
champagne toast (if desired).
* Serve the bride and
groom with table service (if desired).
* Serve all other guests
through buffet line.
* Handle all bar service
(beer, wine, soda, and mixed drinks).
* Refill punch bowl as
necessary.
* Clear all plates and
dishes from tables.
* Will assist any
handicapped or child-laden guest.
* Cuts cake (if desired).
* Puts cake top in boxes
provided by baker for easy removal by wedding party.
* Gathers all items to be
returned to baker for easy removal by wedding party.
* Arranges security
personnel if having alcohol.
* Maintains room
cleanliness throughout event.
* Handle all breakdown
and cleanup of room except decorations provided by wedding
party.
Coordinator works hand-in-hand with bride prior to event so
bride's tastes and desires are reflected in her
reception. We have a detailed worksheet that will
provide you opportunities to give your reception ideas to us.
We will carry out your wishes because we have developed a
close relationship with you prior to the event. You will
provide us with names of your D.J. and baker (or other vendors
with whom you are working) so that we may coordinate their
arrivals and answer all questions pertaining to your
event. We want you to enjoy your wedding day, so let our
capable staff handle your event..
